Perhaps a place with greater 'heritage' than many, and a
recent addition to the heritage hotel list, is The Holme, at Summerhill in
Shimla .
This colonial bungalow is a perfect example of a cosy home in the hills.
This was the one-time residence of the celebrated artist Amrita Sher-Gill
where she also painted.
